The Evaluation Study on the Innovative Capacity of Academic Teams of Chinese Universities
The construction of first-class academic teams is the foundation and key point of the development of universities. This study, from the view of innovative source, explores the nature and characteristics of academic teams, on which the evaluation index system is built. By means of the combination of simplified AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper intends to conduct a research about innovative capability of universities in china, aiming at a new management philosophy and a new management model of academic team-building. Besides, the achievement of this study helps to promote and improve the management reform of universities and boost the development of universities by the steady construction of academic teams.
