THE NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF INTERIOR BALLISTICS FOR DISPERSING OF CLUSTER MUNITION USING CENTRALIZING BLAST TUBE

The damage effect of weapons is always concerned by devisers and decision-makers of the war. To describe the damage effect of the armament payload of cluster munitions using centralizing blast tube well and truly, the velocity and locality of each dispersed submunition must be determined firstly. In order to know the results of dispersing only by the method of numerical simulation, dynamics is used to analyze submunition, and the dispersing process is divided into four phases in this essay. Basing on the classic interior ballistics theoretic, the models, which are applied to calculate interior ballistics process of dispersing of some rocket armament payload of cluster munitions using centralizing blast tube, are established respectively. The satisfying results show that the models not only can describe the interior ballistics process of dispersing accurately but also are helpful in researching and using this kind of weapon.
