STUDY ON THE INITIATION CRITERION OF EXPLODING FOIL INITIATORS

摘要：

In order to get the initiation criterion of exploding foil initiators, We analysised and studied the initiation mechanism of shock film for explosive. By VISAR system we tested the flyer velocity of different thickness of shock film, By experiment and calculation we got the initiation criterion formula of flyer diameter with 0.6 millimeter, P2.32 τ=4.07.We used the formula to validate the flyer diameter of 0.8 millimeter and got the uniform result.
