EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF LAUNCHING DISHING AMMUNITION
Dishing ammunition is different from traditional ammunition. Its shape is similar to discus. The axial direction of dishing ammunition is vertical to flight velocity direction, so the launch method of dishing ammunition is different from traditional methods. This paper introduces the method in that dishing ammunition is launched with powder. The launch power comes from the high-low pressure house. The arc device that is put in the mouth of launcher makes dishing ammunition rotate. The dishing ammunition can get necessary rotation velocity and flight velocity with the method. The design thought, experiment sets and experimental results are presented in the paper.
