RESEARCH ON PENETRATING STABILITY OF EXPLOSIVE CHARGE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PENETRATING AND EXPLOSIVE PROJECTILE
Under high overload condition, performing of the projectile on reinforced concrete target will cause complicated changes to the inner charge stress of the projectile. These complicated changes are mainly caused by following factors high overload, strain effect of charge, changes of stress wave, friction heat effect and transition, charge quality of projectile, and those factors greatly effect on penetrating stability of explosive charge of the projectile. During research, configuration of explosive charge, selection of explosive, elimination and control of inherent defect of explosive charge, design and evaluation of explosive charge stability are the key technologies to solve the problem of explosive charge stability of the projectile. On the assumption that the projectile is rigid body, impact strength of shell body and structure strength of projectile meet the necessity, and fuse acts naturally, the paper discusses the problem about Penetrating Stability of Explosive Charge of Reinforced Concrete Piercing and Explosive Projectile, and analyzes the effect of mechanical sensitivity, heat sensitivity and explosive loading quality to penetrating safety of explosive charge. Finally, methods of design and evaluation are introduced for improving penetrating stability of explosive charge.
