Bef Format for Image Data Transmission

摘要：

This paper presents image data representation, lists principles that should be met by hi-end digital image format, and makes comparison of prevalent image formats with bef. As a result of the comparison, it may be seen that the only format satisfying all stated principles is bef format, which has been completely built with a new foundation with respects to the science of human vision capabilities.
