An Intelligent Data Transmission and Monitoring System for Film Printer

In most film laboratories in the world, film control data are mostly downloaded from punched paper tape or floppy disk. And abnormity monitoring units are seldom used. Low production efficiency and high waste rate are often the appendix. The intelligent data transmission and monitoring system for film printer is prone to data management, high production efficiency and print quality, low mis-operation rate. The main principle is to realize bi-directional information sharing based on LAN, allow printer control data from film color grading equipments to be downloaded directly from a server or PC, and monitor the operation of the three electronic light valves, film transport speed, as well as the sound and picture lighting. When any one of the above parameters is not consistent with the control command, the printer will be braked and send out audio alarm signal. Working log is recorded in the background automatically. Besides, senior users have the authority to do data modification. At present, the research and development of this intelligent system list on the top of the film processing technology in the world.
