Preparation of Functionalized Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes and Their Applications for Fabricating Flezible Electronic Circuits
This paper described two methods for fabricating flexible electronic circuits using modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with silver nanoparticles(Ag/MWCNTs) on different substrates. The microstructure and surface morphology of Ag/MWCNTs composite were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The Ag/MWCNTs were employed as conducting filler in an acrylic resin to fabricate electrically conductive polymer composites. The curing process and electrical resistance of the composites were measured. The patterns of the flexible electronic circuits made by imprint lithography and screen printing were characterized and the morphologies of composites s associated with applications were displayed.
