Printed Electronics and Ink Jet Printing

Printed electronics is the hybrid production of print technology and circuit, combined with the emerging industry is currently subject to extensive attention. Literature suggests that printed electronics, including organic and inorganic printed electronics of two parts. Organic printed electronics with conductive polymers as the core, in a series of polythiophene conductive polymers on the basis of continuous improvement will be applied to conductive polymer solar cells, memory, sensors, electronic devices such as thin-film production, is expected to receive the results of a range of industries. Inorganic printed electronics with silver, copper and its composites mainly together with carbon nanotubes and other materials, to prepare printing circuit, in the transmitting antenna, printed circuit board, in particular the preparation of flexible display printed circuit board area has a broad application prospects. Both the organic and inorganic nano-scale-based materials should be prepared to become with the offset, flexible and gravure printing inks, etc. compatible, collectively referred to as printing electronic materials. Through the synthesis of nano-silver, the nano-silver conductive ink-jet ink properties and application properties was studied. The prepared inkjet circuit with the resistance was less than 1Ω/□.
