Progress of Multi-Photon Polymerization toward Micro/Nanostereolithography
Multi-photon polymerization (MPP) is an emerging technique for stereolithography. MPP has been successfully demonstrated as a potential tool for the application in fabrication of nanostructures and nanodevices. The nanoscale resolutions have been achieved with varied MPP fabrication methods. Several 3D nanostructures of funtional materials including nanocomposites and luminescent polymers were fabricated.
