Dynamic Analysis and Technique Study on Stainless Steel Electrolytic Polishing Used for Flezible Display

The dynamics of electrolytic polishing was analyzed. Based on the conclusions, the factors including current density, polishing time, and the electrode space that affect polishing effect were chosen. The mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing were combined to deal with the stainless steel substrate, and the optimal polishing parameters were obtained through orthogonal tests. Based on the tests, effects different parameters made on polishing results were studied, and the average roughness (Ra) of stainless steel was measured by AFM. The Ra of SUS304 steel was reduced from 20nm to 2.35nm after polishing.
