Non-reproducible Protective Images
The wide spectrum of practical application of images includes also such an aspect, as the use of protective images to tell the original products from the eventual counterfeit. The products which are in need of protection can be enclosed in packing, supplied with labels and tags. These packing, labels and tags can carry images which by turn function as protective images. For protection are possible two ways. The first way is using the images which are difficult for reproduction because of the inaccessible technologies applied for their making, for example special inks, special printing technologies, holographic stamping etc. The counterfeiting is complicated, but for a skilled falsifier it is not ruled out. The second way is making the images which cannot be reproduced with necessary fidelity even if the technology of their making is known. If the technology is simple and accessible enough so consists such way of problem solving for image protection in making of non-reproducible images, and is an optimal solution for the long run production.
