Optimization and Design of Laser Dense Fiber of Thermal CTP
The core technology of thermal CTP is laser imaging, and the main influence structure of the quality of laser imaging is dense fiber. Usually, oblique arranged dense fiber is used., but there are some disadvantages, mostly, the problems are installed angle and debugging. The suggestion of this thesis is to make arranged dense fiber instead for linear arranged dense fiber with 32 strips of laser fibers arranged for 2 lines, and each of upside and underside is 16 stagger strips. It not only solves the problem of interspaces between imaging laser dots, but also avoids the influence of quality of plates that improper angle caused. This structure is simple. This thesis analyses and discusses the theory of obliqued arranged laser dense fiber, and calculates the parameters of inner radius of dense fiber.
