Fabrication of Silver Nanoparticle Arrays by Thermographic Method and Self-assembly Technique

摘要：

Two-dimensional ordered silver nano-arrays were fabricated by combination of thermographic method and self-assembly technique. TEM results showed that highly ordered monolayers of silver nanoparticles were formed on the carbon-coated copper TEM grid. Our research presented a simple and convenient approach for the fabrication of silver nano-arrays.
