Synthesis of a New Photochromic Diarylethene with Hezatomic Ring Aryl for Optical Storage

摘要：

A new photochromic diarylethene compound, 1-2-methoxyphenyl-2-2-methyl-5-(2-pyridyl)-3-thienyl perfluorocyclopentene (1), was synthesized and its photochromic properties, fluorescence and optical storage properties were investigated in detail. The results showed that it can be used not only in molecular scale optoelectronics but also in data storage.
