Electric-Field-Induced Aggregation of Photosensitive Micelles to Secondary Assembly Films and Study for Its Photoimaging Properties

A photosensitive amphiphilic quaternary random ionomer was prepared by modifying the cationic acrylic random copolymer. The ionomer was used to construct self-assembly films, Self-assembling of ionomer into photosensitive micelles in water, followed by the orientated deposition of photosensitive micelles in the electric field, ultimately produces secondary assembly films. The size of the photosensitive micelles was approximately 60nm. The electric-field-induced voltage and electric-field-induced time strongly influenced the thickness of the electric-field-induced secondary assembly film. Scanning electron microscopy studies showed that the resultant secondary assembly film was smooth and compact. The electric-field-induced secondary assembly film was evaluated for its tensile strength test and resolution test. The resolution of the secondary assembly film can reach the level of 15 m. μ
