Photopolymerization Characteristics of Hyperbranched Photosensitive Polysilozane Urethane Acrylates
The effect of phoinitiators, monomers and structure of oligomers on the photopolymerization kinetics of three novel hyperbranched photosensitive polysiloxane urethane acrylates with different generations (HB1PSUA, HB2PSUA and HB3PSUA) synthesized by us was investigated using real time infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR). The results showed that they can well photopolymerize under UV-irradiation in the presence of photoinitiators. Irgacure 1700 exhibited the highest initiating efficiency among those tested photoinitiators. The system of HB1PSUA/TPGDA has the high conversion of double bond and polymerization rate, and they are 92.38% and 22.25s-1, respectively. Photopolymerization kinetics of three systems of HB1PSUA, HB2PSUA and HB3PSUA was compared and results showed that final double bond conversion of the three systems is almost same, while RP max increased with increasing generation of the oligomers.
