Influence of Photoinitiator on the Stability of UV Flezo Ink
In this experiment, three kinds of photoinitiators were used to obtain different samples of UV flexo ink, thus investigated the influence of photoinitiator type on ink stability. Then through changing the amount of photoinitiator 907 in ink samples, the affection of the photoinitiator amount upon ink stability was investigated. The results show that the type and amount of photoinitiator have an impact on the stability of UV flexo inks, mainly affection the ink viscosity and curing speed. The ink used photoinitiator TPO has good storage stability; the ink could maintain good viscosity stability, and reach the highest cure rate when the amount of 907 photoinitiator is 8%.
