The Effect of Monomer on UV Inkjet Ink’s Dynamic Viscoelasticity
Monomer which is the important ingredient of UV inkjet ink affects the dispersing state of pigment particles directly in this system, and then, the rheological behavior of ink system is also affected. The samples of ink are prepared by changing the types and quantities of monomers. The dynamic viscoelasticity parameters are tested by rheometer, the condensing structure of pigment particles is analyzed, the dispersion of pigment particles and the dispersing state are evaluated, and the effect of monomer’s type and quantity on UV inkjet ink’s dynamic viscoelasticity can be studied.
