OPTICAL AND ION TRANSPORT STUDY IN PVA: LiAC: Li2Fe5O8 ELECTROLYTE SYSTEM

Present work deals with findings on optical and ion transport behavior in a ferrite doped polymer nano composite electrolyte system, namely (100.x)PVA +xLiAc: yLiFe5O8. This polymer electrolyte system was characterized by DSC, IR spectra and SEM measurement. Scanning electron images show that addition of filler disturbs the crystalline nature of host matrix where as doping of salt shows same type of structure but with separate entity. The effect of salt or filler in enhancement of a.c. conductivity of NCPE and as well as dielectric relaxation behavior have been investigated with the help of impedance spectroscopy data.
