HIGH PERFORMANCE IRON SUBSTITUTED GdBaCo2O5+δ CATHODES FOR IT-SOFCs
The thermal expansion, electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of GdBaCo1.9Fe0.1O5+δ (GBCF10) oxide were systemically investigated. Both the thermal expansion coefficient and polarization resistance were reduced by Fe doping. A polarization resistance as low as 0.09Ω cm2 was obtained for GBCF10-2SDC (~4.7mg cm-2 loading) cathode at 600℃.
