FABRICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NOVEL ECO-FRIENDLY SOIL CELL
The importance of preserving our green environment has seriously been felt in the recent years, mainly because of the very high rate of industrialization, modernization and partly due to population explosion. This in turn has led to two major crisis viz., energy and environment. Hence a significant part of energy research effort is directed towards the development of economically feasible alternative energy storage systems that can provide energy where the energy source is intermittent. This has favored the search for advanced and high energy electrochemical systems that would be capable of replacing the conventional batteries to have a more efficient and less-polluted atmosphere.
