Specification of the Pulse Energy Sources of the Micromachining Using Micro-Pulse Electrochemical Machining (μ PECM)
The pulsed electro-chemical micromachining (PECMM) is divided into a variant with an outside process energy source (PES) and a variant with an internal PEs (μPECMM). For both processes are developed special pulse units (PL)) with an own design for the different processes and different feeder conditions. The specification of μPECMM given two different versions for exactly pulse shaping or for higher carrier current. Under conditions, new electrolyte and higher machining surface, are investigated the μPECMM on Ni and steel 1.276 7 (X45NiCrMo18).
