Study on Assessment of Tianjin Binhai New Areas Comprehensive Competitiveness

摘要：

The development of Binhai New Area is starting from basic conditions, construct the regional competitiveness scientifically, and propose an effective way to improve their competitiveness on account of the important factors and key links, explore a set of new model of regional development. In this paper, in addition to six elements, another two elements are proposed center on Diamond Model, besides government regional policy, Socio-economic background and opportunity, factor conditions, innovation and financial services and support are considered. Finally, based on Porter qualitative analysis, analyze the overall competitiveness of Binhai New Area using AHP, construction model of Tianjin Binhai New Areas competitiveness are proposed, several policy recommendations are given from the rational adjustment of industrial structure, strengthening of financial support and promotion of resource integration.
