Analysis on the Comparative Advantages of Regions in China: A Test Based on the Factor Endowment and Location Environment

摘要：

Factor endowment and location environment are congenital conditions and infrastructure of a regional comparative advantage. Four regions in China have different factor endowments and location environment, the analysis on comparative advantage of different regions in China plays a role of verification and orientation, meanwhile, proposes the feasible program of balanced development of four major regions in China. This paper is based on the regional work division and cooperation theory, and uses multi-indices and comprehensive indices. FroM the perspective of factor endowment, we propose the strategy of development that is east capital, central labor force, west resources, and northeast technology, at the same time promoting rational allocation of regional factors by using factorflowing mechanism. From the perspective of location environment, the strategy should be contradicting the comparative advantage, promoting equitable progress and harmonious development in each region.
