Research on Value Engineering in Optimization of Regional Development Project

摘要：

Value Engineering is an effective approach to enhance the investment efficiency and the value of the regional development project. The paper introduces how to apply the theories and methods of Value Engineering in the project. Value Engineering is a proven management technique that can make valuable contributions to value enhancement and cost reduction of the regional development project investment. Value Engineering Theory is introduced into the evaluation and optimization of the regional development project investment. It is using the lowest life cycle cost, to realize the essential function reliably, and excavate the potential to reduce the cost, and discover as a technique in which the value of a system s outputs is optimized by crafting a mix of value (function) and costs in optimization of the project investment.
