Research on Urban Development Strategy Based on Urban Land-use Efficiency in China

摘要：

This paper, by selecting urban land-output ratio as measure target, analyzes the reason of efficiency variance by comparing all sizes cities urban landuse efficiency in China. Based on exploring urbanization rules behind the urban sprawl, the paper argues that present urban scale strategy is not reasonable to both economy development and social harmony. The key to this paper is putting forward the non-balanced development strategy for urban land use in different scale cities, developing the huge city firmly and small city actively. And it proposes the concrete strategy of urban scale.
