Strategic Transition of Hangzhou Clothing Foreign Trade Enterprises in Global Financial Crisis

The economic recession in most countries and areas worldwide caused by the subprime lending crisis in the US brings great challenge to Hangzhou clothing foreign trade enterprises which account for a significant percentage in the foreign trade. It is essential how to effectively make, implement and evaluate the enterprises competition strategy under certain market environment in order to make full use of its advantages and external opportunities, avoid threats and achieve the competition target. Compared to the past, the market competition rules and opponents of the current world clothing trade have changed greatly. In Hangzhou, a large clothing city, the clothing enterprises should adjust their development strategy in future according to changes of the competition as well as the opponents in order to facilitate the development of Hangzhou clothing market and meet international requirements.
