Meaning, Impact and the Strategic Significance of Developing Regional Backup Service System of Modern Construction Industry--Using the City of Shenyang as an Ezample

Modern construction industry in consistence with regional planning is increasingly becoming an industrial value chain cluster of dynamic economic growth, which relies on local industrial value chain to promote the effectiveness of the overall system and achieve common added-value in the construction industry. This thus put forward new requirements to the local backup service. This paper, taking the development of the backup service system of modern construction industry in Shenyang as an example, briefly analyzes the meaning and impact of the regional backup service system of modem construction industry, and, on this basis, explores its strategic significance and ideas of development.
