The Economic Analysis of Urban and Rural Harmonious Development About Factor Allocation and Shift-Sample from Liaoning Province
This article is about agricultural economic development in China under the new backdrop: promote agriculture through industry, the cities will lead to; under the conditions of revitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast China, Liaoning Province will accelerate the industrialization process. In the overall planning for urban and rural industrialization process as a factor allocation and transfer of research topics, identify the barriers to co-ordinate with the distribution of urban and rural elements, the focus of land, capital, factors of production such as the labor and related countermeasures. Liaoning Province, in the overall planning for urban and rural industrialization process of the allocation and transfer of the empirical research status, are seeking to establish a communication between the urban and the rural, breaking the closed rural economy, and distributing the resources harmoniously in the whole society.
