Development of Cultural Industry Cluster in Shaanzi Province: A Theoretical Review and Research Design from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

摘要：

In recent years, industry clusters has aroused widespread concern in both economics and management theoretical circles for the push it provided to industrial competitiveness of the economy and the regional economic development. At present, the development of cultural industries across the country is dynamic, how to properly take the road of revitalization of cultural industries, enhance competitive advantages of cultural industries, promote regional industrial structure optimization and a substantial economic development is a serious problem, and build the dominant industries of cultural industrial cluster and continue to play its synergies and leverage, a study from the perspective of promoting cultural industry clusters through sustainable inter-organizational knowledge-sharing should be one of the most appropriate solutions. The paper introduced and reviewed the industrial cluster theory and cultural industry clusters researches at home and abroad, from a knowledge management perspective, combined with a scientific management research method-Priority-Pointing Procedure, illustrates the research design of knowledge management perspective-based development of cultural industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province, and has an instructive value for the establishment of a development path with a high starting point for the cultural industrial cluster.
