Analysis on Factors Affecting Economic Increase of Anhui Province

摘要：

The thesis chooses GDP, Total Investment in Fixed Assets, FDI, Import, Export and Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods as variables, analyzing their influence on economic growth of Anhui province in terms of internal and external factors. The thesis creates a linear regression model on the basis of data collected from Anhui statistical yearbook from 1993 to 2007 and analyzes empirically factors affecting economic growth of Anhui province. The research result shows that import and domestic demand has the maximum effect on economic development of Anhui province and demand has more significant effect on economic development of Anhui province than export and investment. It also makes us rediscover the effect import has on economic growth of Anhui.
