Research on the Sustained Development Strategy in Nanyang Jade Carving Industry Based on SWOT Analysis

The Nanyang jade carving industry centralized area is the biggest jade carving production base and trade base in mainland China. The jade carving industry has developed into a pillar industry, which supports Nanyang economic stability and development and has become a new point for economic growth. With the strategic analysis tool-SWOT, on the basis of analyzing the development status of Nanyang jade carving industry, this paper carries out an analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for Nanyang jade carving industry development, and makes a corresponding combination of the development strategies, puts forward the strategy of achieving the sustainable development for Nanyang jade carving industry, in order to guide the further development for Nanyang jade carving industry.
