Green Building and Real Estate Industry Sustainable Development

摘要：

Along with the situation of resources shortage and energy dry up are becoming more and more serious, the sustainable development obtained the many countries mutual recognition. Real estate industry plays the important role in the path of sustainable development. In order to maintain sustainable development for real estate industry, some countries proposed the concept of green building. Green building is featured by resources conservation, such as land, water, energy, building materials etc. Government has an obligation to take measures to promote green building development. Green building is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of real estate.
