Research on Independent Innovation and Sustainable Development of SMEs

This paper attempts to analyze the issues of independent innovation and sustainable development of SMEs (small and medium enterprises). As one of the most important parts in the field of economic and social development in our country, SMEs play a very important role in the development of our nations economy. However, along with the economic globalization, the international competition that enterprise confronted with is fiercer and fiercer. Only through creating a road of independent innovation can SMEs deal with the fierce market competition and take the road to sustainable development. The thesis, based on main subjects above, first introduces the connotation of independent innovation. Secondly, it analyzes the importance of SMEs independent innovation. Finally, based on the analysis of the importance of SMEs independent innovation, the present paper brings forward the measures to promote SMEs independent innovation.
