The Career Management System and the Empirical Analysis of Key Dimensions--Take the Henan Science and Technology Enterprise as the Ezample
The professional career management system is regarded as the coordinated action demand-path dynamic and complicated practice system composed by internal career (staff) and external career (organization). And it is proposed that the match of internal and external career anchor upgrades career satisfactory index and the enterprises efficiency, then to analyze the relativity between the match of the career anchor and the satisfactory index as well as relativity between the satisfactory index and the enterprise achievements with proof from the science and technology enterprises in Henan Province.
