Study on Structure and Application of Industry Competitive Intelligence System of the Enterprise

摘要：

Industry Competitive Intelligence (ICI) refers to all the information and activities on environment of struggling for existence, competitors and competitive enterprises that are needed by the industry to maintain competitive advantage. Cases of several industries are injured in business competition are studied, and that impotent ICI is one of key factors result in these industries being injured is pointed out. ICI has three dimensions competition, intelligence, information and system. This paper builds up the logical structure of system of Industry Competitive Intelligence being suited to industrial development in China.
