An Empirical Rearch on Relationship Between Communicational Satisfaction and Organizational Identification in Family Firms
The integrating power of organizational identification can help Chinas family firms obtain management resources and thus develop continuously. Communicational satisfaction plays an important role in the forming process of organizational identification. Based on 960 samples from family firms in different areas in China, this study explored the relationship between communicational satisfaction and organizational identification. It was found that the communicational satisfaction had positive effect on organizational identification, while communicational satisfaction on organizational level had stronger effect than communicational satisfaction on individual level.
