Promotion of Chinese Creative Industry Development by Intellectual Property Rights Protection

摘要：

The core value of creative industry is its creativity and innovation, which is the intellectual product on basis of individuals creation. Relevant laws and regulations provide the intellectual property (IP)rights to protect the creative achievements. The development of creative industry is closely related to the implementation of IP strategy. In the course of industrial structure adjustment and transition of economic development pattern, many Chinese local governments encourage the development of creative industry. Therefore, it is necessary to study and make corresponding IP strategy. Only by good IP protection net and environment, can the creative industry have a healthy development.
