Study on the Development of Tibet and the Financial Support of the Central Government

摘要：

In this paper, the author, taking the reform and opening up to the outside world as the dividing line, divides the development of Tibet into two periods and uses the modern econometrics to analyze in detail the influence of the Central Governments financial policies on the social and economic development of Tibet and compare the results of the financial policies of the Central Government to Tibet in the two periods before and after the reform and opening up. Moreover, the author also makes analysis of the significance and existing disadvantages of the Central Governments financial policies to the tibetan development and puts forward some corresponding policies and suggestions.
