Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility: The Role of Government in China

摘要：

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the commitment of business to contribute to sustainable economic development. At first, CSR apply in the field of business management. Then the term CSR is adopted by many public sector agencies. The governments have taken measures to promote CSR in order to promote social responsibility. This topic is important because under the circumstance of financial crisis, the government makes public policies should not only guarantee the development of corporations, but also benefit to the realization of CSR.
