Ecological Civilization and Legislation Protection of Natural Resources

摘要：

Ecological civilization is the production of human beings rational reflection, but also rejection and beyond about traditional civilization; which core is harmonious development between man and nature. Chinas legislation about natural resources should reflect the concept of ecological civilization; we should formulate the basic law about natural resources, amend existing single law of natural resources, and develop much-needed single laws about natural resources such as oil law and establish a legal system of ecological security on the basis of learning from the Russian ecological legislation.
