The Research on Human Capital in Rural Areas in Henan

摘要：

In this paper, rich and real statistics are used, and also adopt data analysis, comparative analysis, model analysis and other methods, to make a study of human capital accumulation in rural areas of Henan Province. With regard to the rich of rural human capital in Henan, but the quality is not high, the level of education is obviously low, proposed to build the system of a characteristic rural education in Henan, to expand the scale of private education in rural areas, develop and construct the system of human resources market in rural areas, to actively explore the policy recommendations of the effective docking of the rural education and urban education resources.
