On Employment of Regional College Graduates--Empirical Study on the Employment Quality of College Graduates in Beijing

With the expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduate is becoming larger and larger. The problem of graduate employment is not only staying on the quantity, but also on the quality. This article researches on the employment quality of college graduates in Beijing by establishing the qualitative evaluation system and finds the trend of employment quality of college graduates (especially undergraduate).
