Study on the Strategy of Talent-driven Regional Development in Shandong Province

摘要：

Shandong province has the advantages in geography and faces the threats of competition and brain drain. This paper shows that the economic growth is related to talent with empirical study. According to the development of human resources of Shandong province, this paper put forward the strategy of talent-driven regional development. The research has a certain significance in the theory of human resources and economic development practice.
