In 2007, the U.S subprime mortgage crisis erupted fiercer, now has evolved into the global financial crisis. In the context of Changzhou manufacturing environment changed greatly. Based on the SWOt analysis, under the background of the financial crisis in Changzhou manufacturing analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and puts forward some counter-measures.
