Study on SCM Model of Chinas Petroleum Industry Based on Cyclic Economy Idea

摘要：

In face of resource waste and environmental pollution, China raises that cyclic economy should be developed in the petroleum industry. Considering that resources are consumed in each link of the supply chain, this paper explores supply chain management model of petroleum industry based on cyclic economy idea. Firstly, the paper constructs supply chain structure model of Chinas petroleum industry, giving full consideration to the Group Headquarters control and the governments role in the information flow. Cyclic economy requests re-use of the resources, so this paper adds a reverse logistics system to the supply chain model in order to build a SCM model of petroleum industry. This model contains the material flow, reverse logistics, fund flow and information flow. This model has a great significance to enrich the theory of supply chain management and cyclic economic and can also help to achieve the goals of petroleum industrys sustainable development, resource conservation and environmental protection.
