A Empirical Analysis on the Relationship Between Service Industry and Economic Growth

摘要：

In order to discuss the relationship between service industry and economic growth in China, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between service industry and economic growth by the means of unit root rest, co-integration test and Granger causality test based on the data from 1990 to 2008 in China. The results have shown Granger causality and long-term stable equilibriuM relationship between service industry and economic growth. The development of service industry plays an important role in economic growth. The practicable measures should be taken to accelerate the development of service industry.
