The cartoon industry with its huge economic and social benefits catches great attention both domestically and internationally. How to bring into play Changzhous strengths, develop its distinctive cartoon industry is an urgent question of what Changzhou has to answer in the future. The research on and the establishment of the development models of Changzhous cartoon industry is sure to provide a clear direction for this industrial features.
