The Research on Solving the Problems Facing Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers with Circular Economy Notion in County Economy-Based on the Case of Luanzian County, Hebei Province
The Circular Economy emphasizes on the harmonization of the socio-economic system and the natural ecosystem. It is a systematic project which integrates the economy, technique and society. The promulgation and implementation of the Circular Economy Promotion Law of the Peoples Republic of China indicates the necessity to enhance the circular economy in China. Taking the circular economy in Luanxian County as a successful example, this paper explored the practical significance of the circular economy in certain county region and path-dependence, so that it can provide the experience and guidance for other regions in Hebei province or even all over the country.
